Thanks for your feedback.
There are no fees charged for Jompay. This is peculiar.
Would suggest that you log into your customer portal and check out the payment history. Make sure payments are captured on a timely manner. Would you mind sharing the plan name?
I would suggest that you go further to inform Allianz of your experience here:

Have checked and they just credited me RM88.70 but I paid RM90 via jompay.

From my experience, its always best to call up the insurance company directly if you have doubts on your premium paid.
Otherwise try walking in to the branch to sort it out.
Another method would be to log into your customer online portal which you would be able to see if there is any outstanding and make any necessary payment or find out why there are outstanding as you would be able to see your past payment records
I would try not to email as it will take quite sometime for a representative to respond. The fastest way are the above mentioned.
As I said, I did not expect them to reply my email within hours. The matter is not urgent and hence I don't wan to spend time to wait on phone (I know they will keep me wait for > 5 minutes).
But 12 days without reply via e-mail is NOT ACCEPTABLE and this can be considered as bad/slow customer service.
Go to feedback to the management to take off the e-mail option for customer service.
