Quick question:

1.a medical card / personal insurance commission for agent is it last for 6 years ?

if yes, then after 6years what will happen ?

if no, then how long ?

2. can you change a agent if you found out he is lousy ?

or must cancel policy and apply new ?

3. if there is complain, would it be better to discuss with lousy agent, or direct call hq complain about agent ?

please further advise, tq.

1. 6 years, thereafter 0
so if 6years already, will get lousy service since no commission already ?

2. Depends on the insurance company to allow you to do so
like wise to terminate the current contract or change another brand better?

3. Depends on what kind of complaint, its never easy to change an agent
so whats your proposal, change another brand better and start all over again?
