Hello, can agents recommend me medical card plan?

Female, 28, Married with one child (my dependent)
Retail sales assistant (no travelling)
Non smoker
No know health issue
Budget RM200/month

Interested with Allianz, AIA, GE

With my budget, should I get 1) standalone medical card or 2) investment linked plan where life+medical+ci lumps into one?
