@AskarPerang, i am a newbie here looking for advise to get a property (auction/subsale/new launch) that walkable to lrt station to work in kl sentral.

Had read a lot of your valua post and wish to ask for help too.

1. Budget - Around 650k (if auction unit)

2. Non bumi

3. Size : best if 1+1 room

4. Must be within SAFE walking distance to public transport (mrt/lrt) as this is for my daughter.
