I have a question, I apologize in advance if the answer is obvious, but I am rather new to the scene.

Is it possible for bidders to intentionally not bidding if there is no other people bidding the property, thus lower the reserve price further? They then start bidding and fight once there is a bidder interested at the property. Can something like this happen? If not, why?

I have been on the lookout for lelong properties in the past few months. Thanks for the update so far.

I have a question, can I assume most lelong property has its maintenance fees (if applicable) many months in arrears? Since most lelong units are defaulter, I assume the same apply for the maintenance fees, right?

A 1-2 years arrears in maintenance can easily goes up to 5 figures.
