Ah, sorry for the late reply but thanks so much for the info. In your earlier post, u mentioned that "MUST SETTLE WITHIN 90/120 DAYS. IF NOT FORFEIT THE 10% DEPOSIT". What exactly must be settled in that time period? Is it the 90% loan approval?

Also, may I request for some recommendation with these criteria?

1. Walkable/Near to Public Transport (MRT/LRT)
2. Areas that are convenient for me to travel to
- Kepong
- Sg. Buloh
- Damansara (Kota Damansara up to SS2) *Yes I'm aware its almost impossible to find one here haha
3. Budget: up to 400k
4. Non Bumi

Mainly for investment purpose hence prefer nearby areas.
