The auction is actually by bank islam thru high court.. so will this affect the chance of getting loan ?

This caveat by the bank is normal. No problem. All bank will place caveat on the property.

Thankbyou so much . Btw, 120 days for high court auction is enough for completion? I heard normally bank gives 90 days but high court 120 days.. is the one month extra because of additional procedure?

Not coz of additional procedure.
Is because no extension allowed for high court auction. 120 days is ample time to complete the process since title already issued and got no caveat by other party.

Thanks. Was planning to look at it again if it comes up. Its a pretty strange unit. At the back of the house, is a Hyundai. Probably hidden there to prevent it getting repossessed by bank. But that will be a headache later, as in how to return it to whichever bank has a claim on it.
