Hi,

Do you have low testerone? Go see a doctor for proper diagnosis and prescription.

Forget about testerone booster. Waste of money.

Warning: continual long usage will result in "shrinking" balls, please read up carefully. Your body will detect a high level of testerones and your balls over time will produce lesser and lesser till it shinks. Not a pleasant situation 🤢.

lol nice sarcasm.
...wait you're not serious right? or are you referring after getting the TRT?
to TS, like others had said, waste of money, especially if your current test is already low. increase it naturally first. plenty of vids and articles around for this.

Hi,

Not being sarcastic, just pointing him to see a doctor if he has decided to use TRT. Improper usage is dangerous. I am not a doctor.

Some people may have low testerone, while others have a decreasing level, just need to determine what is the level.

Surprisingly, i have read, even some top athlete have a low level... unbelievable right? Ryan Hall, a top US marathon runner retired at early 30 due to dropping testerone level, he was diagnosed and treated with steroids for some time, getting IAAF waivers but had certain restructions applied. Generally, running and lifting on regular basis will help increase testerone levels but at too high volume of training, testerone level will drop sharply. Ryan decided to retire from professional running against continual steroid usage even with medical monitoring.

Everyone is tempted, especially if it cut the period of training. But the side effects are many and may have life long impact. Look at rosmah's face, compare it to 10 to 15 years ago before she underwent treatment, she did not do TRT but her beauty treatment had elements of testerone hormone.

I met some people that tried steroids, it did help to some degree. But again your DNA dictate a lot if you are trying to build muscle and lose body fats. Taking steroid is not a long term solution.

Do the best that you can, the old fashion way. Taking whey protein is ok, creatine may be fine depending on your ethics and budget.
