If you got good taste, use pour over. Get high when you smell the aroma of the coffee ground when you brew it yourself. This is how coffee enthusiasts enjoy making coffee. Meanwhile capsule coffee I don't recommend, not enough aroma, maybe taste good for some people because of additional flavor, it's not pure coffee, even the milk capsule is flavored milk. Taste good for normal people but for real coffee drinker can differentiate.

A professional barista told me this. Keep the ground coffee in your home fridge freezer (temperature 0° or below), lock in a zip bag, the ground coffee can keep fresh for very long time.
