Fresh ground beans got problem.. if u dont drink often keep too long the bean will lose their aroma

A professional barista told me this. Keep the ground coffee in your home fridge freezer (temperature 0° or below), lock in a zip bag, the ground coffee can keep fresh for very long time.

Zip lock, with no excess air inside please.

Vacuum seal is the best. Seal in small portion. Preferably 1 portion per bag. Ziplock bags widely available in bakery supply stores

It doesnt matter.

Once you take the beans out of the freezer, the difference in temperature will mean moisture formation on the beans itself.

Agreed. Hence I have to settle for DG and Nespresso. I find that I end up using 2 Nespresso Lungo capsules (cost about MYR4) compared to just 1 DG Grande capsule (cost about MYR1.30) to make enough coffee for my taste. So for everyday drinking, suggest DG.
*
Strange, I find DG's taste is really suboptimal compared to Ness.

You want something really strong? Go for some of the 10 point lungo lor... kau kau taste

I use Ikea's Moka Pot together 30 grams of freshly ground coffee.

I buy coffee beans and grind it in my own electric grinder.

Moka Pot is less work to do compared to Espresso machine.

If you are serious, suggest you look for a pre love Simonelli oscar machine.
This is the most robust and best resale value machine.
Able to provide good constant brew temperature and steam.
Hardly breakdown, and spare parts are still available.
Can be use for homes, office and small cafe..... which is why still have good resale value.

Yes, can purchase online or via their mobile app.

As convenient as it may sound, it does come with a catch: minimum purchase ($70 in Singapore) for free delivery.

Malaysia only has one outlet, if I am not wrong, and that is in KL.

People from Penang and Ipoh need to go all the way to KL just to buy the pods?

This concept might sound feasible for a small and well-connected country like Singapore, but personally I don't think so for Malaysia.

In recent years, Nespresso has widen its distribution channels. Previously, you can only buy online. Now, you can get from :
1)Nespresso boutique store (there's one in MV Gardens and 1U)
2)Nespreso's booth in Parkson Grand
3) Harvey Norman stores..

quite convenient now..
