Something strange is happening with CIMB Clicks, and judging by their rather abrupt implementation of a reCaptcha code on their login page today, there is reasons to be concerned.

I also kena this before last Tuesday. Got SMS saying RM35 charged to my debit card at Target Geelong (it's in Aus). Blocked my card within 15 mins and went to get a new ATM card the next morning. Really CB. Lucky CIMB good boy refund my RM35 the next day...
