Why not just use password manager like lastpass or keepassxc?

You can store all your random password there, just make sure to have a strong master key.

Last pass can sync in cloud. If you scare, use keepassxc, where it will keep it in a encrypted database.

I did this to most of my account (except old account that I lazy to change)
