have you tried using other ways to access, just to confirm -- like if you are using smartphone, try from office PC instead, etc...

No problem in accessing CIMB clicks from app or desktop web on my end. Perhaps try another internet connection.
On the other hand, it is amazing that CIMB can handle all the increased traffic.
