I am looking to change to 4G SIM card, only found out the number is not under my name.
The owner is someone I dont know which I believe its pre-registered when I purchase it. Is it possible to do ownership transfer without the original present to the Maxis Center? The mobile internet is so slow and I wanted to change to 4G badly  |
