Now @ Kepong Baru area, Maxis Internet down. No even 2G.

Anyone experience Maxis Internet down?

Call can go thru.

Now connect using Unifi mobile.

Yup, it's down....Maxis sucks nowadays, if it's not down, it's slow. Coverage also pretty bad.

Server maintenance but no notice?

Im in Cyberjaya. Data coverage down. Only can make calls/SMS. My wife in cheras also having same problem. Cant even call 123 to complain, line seems busy.

Jalan Ipoh down also...

KNN... i hotspot halfway suddenly lost connection.. GG.. (Subang also down)

Mine already back to normal. Can try turning off data/put on flight mode and turn on data again to refresh connection.

Now is working. However only personal line is working. Company line Internet still down even after restarted the phone.

Penang here. from 4G to 3G now.

My data connection was also down from midnight till around 3 am. Kuchai Lama

All back to normal now

Nation wide down. Bloody hell maxis charge their customer so much but have such lousy infrastructure. No compensation for the down time as well 😠

p/s: now having only H+ at Johor area.

i am cheras area but don't have any problem. 4G still good.

For those facing in H+, restart the phone will solve the issue.

Even though it is up to 4G/4G+ after restart but the speed is slow than usual where around 15 ~ 20mbps only compare with previous 70 ~ 100+mbps and I can't use internet line based voice calling as it is badly breaking.

I am from Kepong Baru too, down since 2-Dec, and yet to solve. Tech guy came last Friday and mentioned is TM fault, what a joke. Still waiting to solve..and i am planning to cut it and use back unifi..

Yes, Penang down. I am in Air Itam, Penang. Been like that - slow like a tortoise and dropping frequently - for the week or so. Maxis, come on. About time you come into this thread and explain.

Recently really bad..a few areas with dropped calls, no data...can't be phone problem?
