I asked a few times through their online chat. Lastly got a call from them promoting something else and I straight away change topic to my 'supposedly' turbo upgrade. The agent says he'll try to speed up my offer. Few days later, got call from their tech wanting to upgrade my router for free, but with 2yr tie-in contract. I agreed. Then vola! 500mpbs... tongue.gif

click your profile > tarbo status > select agree whatever.

in my case, i'm on 50mbps rm 169. i have the option to change my plan to 100mbps rm129 which i already clicked. just waiting for them to get back at me. it's the three dotted line beside your package name.

staying in condo which using copper line. currently using 30mbps paying rm168 per month inclusive tax.

is downgrade need to bound with 2 years contract again?

i just login unifi web and click my profile then check turbo status the message pops out

maybe your area is full.

check if you can change your package to 100mbps rm129.

currently using asus ac1200g, maybe later tonight i restart my network, see upgraded or not.
cant remember when i last time reset.

you got submit turbo upgrade request via unifi portal or not? i've submitted already upgrade expected within this year Dec not sure kelong or not mad.gif
