Mine works fine with Time Fiber

Possible issue and solution.
Maxis and Unifi is using identical infrastructure. HyppTV is using dedicated channel & bandwidth. Connection to other than unifi server is blocked (via the dedicated channel)

Option 1:
In your case, HyppTV LAN connection should not be connected to the assigned port at the back of your router. Change it to other ports.

Option 2:
If LAN and wifi is on at the same time, priority will be given to LAN. If you LAN is connection to Unifi dedicated channel, you cannot browse, google etc.
Disable LAN on the HyppTV setting menu. All internet traffic will go via wifi and bypass unifi hypptv 'channel'
