It's normally on the merchant's QR code sticker/cardboard there. So if you pay RM 50, then you should get like 1000 points.

Next time, when you pay Rm 50, only 150 points (for plat). If I convert to Grab ride redemption, it's just RM 1.20 or so rebate. That's about 2.5% off.

Grab CS is shit. I reloaded my e-wallet and failed the first 2 times. Then 3rd time successful. I was like ok. Then suddenly the 2 failed transaction came in. Then I request for a refund and they didn't want to refund. They said I made the transaction and ask me to proof the failed transaction. I was like for what I make 3 duplicate transaction 1 min apart if the first one went tho. My mistake was I didn't screenshot the failed splash screen. Your mistake now you accusing me and ask me to proof your system failure.

I argue, escalate, report via all source, call their hotline despite for drivers only, ask them to escalate to relevant dept, email grab management and all. I was ready to take it on to kpdnkk, then I receive an email saying "goodwill" refund to me after 4-5 days. Blasted them again and I mentioned if this ever happen again, I am gonna lodge a report to governing bodies.

It's not the money, but their attitude that pisses me off.

Then it’s their duty to investigate on their end with their logs and all instead of telling me to proof implying that I’m a fraudster. And the CS is stupid cause the account ended up more than 1.5k. If you’re smart, you’ll know that cannot happen because 1.5k is the max wallet size.

This one still ok as in can use to pay bills and don’t need to step out from house. But from Zalora, to return need to pack it back, fill up form, go to drop off point and drop off hoping that the package reach back the seller and no incident in between.

Then, I got extra 120 points from Grab somehow. I paid RM 173 so I should be only entitled to 1038 points but I received 1158.

Not sure if anyone tried but I wouldn’t risk it as I think it always taking the nett amount.

Grab recently stopped giving out points for in-app Grab transactions (eg: Grabfood) using credit card? I just realized my recent Grabfood transaction paid via credit card doesn’t earn me Grabpoints anymore.

RM 49 rewards still available for now. Did my purchase on Al-ikhsan but not sure if Paylater promo still available or not as the merchant doesn't support it.
