I would like to understand something about mobile prepaid top-up.

I want to mobile top-up to my wife so I have key in the mobile number. Then at the side of the number, mobile provider logo came out.
The problem here is my wife mobile number is 016 the provider show DIGI. But my wife use U Mobile.
I want to change it to U Mobile but seem like cannot.
What am afraid here, if I continue with the transaction, my wife cannot get the top-up amount due to different provider.
