Did experience twice bill payment to Air Selangor but didn't rewarded point, anyone has the same problem? Grab CS 👎🏻 never reply on any report made

let me share my experience with Kaodim (house cleaning)
1. book weekly quote RM60 each time and paid 1st time RM100
2. come with two no experience maid and tell u next service is RM90
3. No vendor the following week
4. complaint and request again price become RM100 (1st time charges)
