i just sign up grabpay , and i can only topup MAX rm50 any amount above would failed .... what;s the wallet limit ? any strategy to maximize the benifit ? thank you |

i;m having issue of topping up my grabpay .
small amount less that RM50 is ok but RM100 above always failed i cannot find the grabpay customer service helpline can any help ? thanks |

usually i topup grabpay RM50--100
there is no OTP trigger may i know if topup RM500 and above , does it triger OTP ? in boost , big amounbt like RM500 , always trigger OTP |

I use Grabpay mainly :
1. ELINKING -- TNB 2. Time broadband . 3. misc , eg nasi khandar RM10 etc etc Grabpay got any promo for above payment ? when ? i;m asking to make planning for those promotion/payment.Thanks |

a few time , i scan the QR (shatred by GRAB/TNG/BOOST etc) apa pun tak ada so damn difficult to claim Grab bonus . |

Update grab 50% RM12.50 ::
i cancel the subscription and resubcribe again . The vouchers in my rewards remain the same before/after . the billing date remained the same. no charge to my balance still ---- the 50% RM12.50 still missing . and i try to contact GRAB --- cannot find phone or submit ticket . *wanted to order RM25 burger , without the 50% . Just forget it. |
