Then.. My account reload not even reflected lol. But Grab deducted. First time I had this issue and now gotta figure out how to get in touch with f app.

Yeh bad luck. Luckily got the ipay email with all the transaction emails. Have forwarded f app already and will see how. Now I gotta find other ways to get my points too.

Lol must be many people trying to load f app with grab pay. Haha.

Not really sure what hassle you mean if it's just to try to get free 5k points for paying tnb bills that need to be paid anyway.

Obviously no one expects system error, but it happens, just like when websites crash during big sales.

Anyway you're up at 1am on this page... But apparently not desperate like the rest of us.

This relates to the Grabpay reload not being reflected earlier (now OK).

Only get the 3x normal points and not today's bonus 5k.

I see this kind of notice with my regular pam about 2-3 times a week. I usually go inside the post office to inform the officers and they do one of the following
1. Shrug and ask me to come back next day
2. Say its machine problem / line problem and dunno when it be fixed
3. Go out to reboot the machine. Sometimes I've seen them open it.

Yeh, I'm verified, one account on phone, and never even log in/log out of that account.

Their "reminder" seems to be specifically targeting those using more than one account per device, but I don't know if it extends to other potentially "aggressive" behaviour. For example, I load my Grab account using my MBB Grab card, then transfer credit to family members as they don't have MBB Grab (which gives one of the best yield out of all CCs).

Quick question: I just checked my Grabpay to transfer RM20 to my helper... and realise that there's no more P2P "Send" function?

My Grabpay account only has 4 options:
1. Pay
2. Request
3. Top UP
4. Rewards

I clicked everywhere and can't find "Send". I didn't realise there had been a change as I rarely use the P2P function. Anyone else noticed this?

I think the problem was with my app - maybe some glitch.

My app has always been updated and verified since the early days (very heavy user for spending), but that "old UI" page was what I kept getting to whenever I clicked the Grabpay sign. I checked my husband's app and it was the "new UI". Both of us have the same phone, both apps were updated to latest in Playstore, but mine just showed the old UI even after closing and reopening.

Eventually uninstalled and reinstalled - now it's back to normal.
