In case anyone wants the merchant list in a CSV spreadsheet, I scraped it from their site.

Would just like to issue a disclaimer that I encountered a couple of restaurants on this list that doesn't support GrabPay (anymore) so don't take it as gospel.

Nevertheless, the information was taken directly from Grab's merchant page linked earlier in this thread so it should still be relatively accurate (or so I hope).
