Tried requesting for rewards compensation for bill payments made before their announcement of discontinuation on the 18th. As usual, the old 'we reserve the right..' trick were used. Any luck with the others?

I know that they've stopped rewarding bill payments, but got confused if it's the same for online payments e.g. booking a flight via Firefly?

I did manage to redeem it last weekend. It expires on the 29th of Feb or when redeemed by 15k users.
