Yeah. Their cs person like to go back and forth. But sometimes, the first person might give you an unfavourable response while the second one might give a favourable one.

got. tis msg from grab reply. mine top up on 2 Aug. got few reply just using all the same templates to reply saying fully redeem.

the cs is terrible.

They had [FULLY REDEEMED] for mobile topups on their website but not sure when they put it up.

Anyone know what's the fastest and easiest way to spend to accumulate points for the high-value reward items?

Gotta earn them before the rewards system revert to lower bonus
