how to forced auto topup?seems not working even after change all the setting .only working if auto reload amount is rm50..

i think auto reload only works for below RM100. anymore need TAC code

I think this has to be changed upon tying your MBB to Grab. I just masuk RM100 first only, got 600 pts. Haven't tried put 500.
I plan to:
- untie MBB from Grab
- tie again and set limit at 500
- then initiate top up

Will update here if I managed to.

Yes I was first time user when I earned the 600 pts. I have unlinked my ACC so I think I'm not eligible for the next tier dy.

So those who are planning to do it the first time,
Just set your limit at RM500 and top up in 1 go.

But today before I unlink my acc, I tried auto top-up another 100, the 500 bar didn't increase.

Mine increase as well after I unlink and link it back again.
Manage to auto top up once to RM250. and I sent the money out to reduce my balance. But now auto top- up didn't activate again.
Is it limit of auto top up/ per day ?

Yes something wrong with auto reload. I need to retry few times, deactivate it then activate the next day seems ok when auto top up rm150.

Got into this today while few reloads just prior was fine. Everything is well within limits, confirmed by cs.

Tried everything from uninstall to re-adding the card. Issue persists. Now awaiting for their solution.

Meanwhile, anyone experienced this and know what may be going on?

Nah, I believe this is an isolated case as I have another account which is still being used without issue.

Well, Grab is really taking their time to resolve the "online payment" voucher issue.

On the other hand, the entire range of "Grabpay online payment" vouchers went extinct in my app.
