1. these 2 days been trying to pay my tnb bills through epay with grabpay, but all transactions failed and unsuccessful.

epay customer service told me now their server is not stable and they are trying to resolve the matter.

anyone managed to pay tnb using grabpay these 2 days?

2. is it possible that i use 2 different grab accounts' points to redeem for krisflyer miles for 1 krisflyer account?

Hi, if the Grab e-tunai kena rejected (example already redeem RM30 from other e-wallet), then am I still eligible to get others grab rewards except e-tunai RM30?

anyone knows what the maximum use for grabpay? this month i have paid out less than RM8500 and now i am unable to top up rm1000. i get to top up rm700 only for today only.

wow..that's a lot of usage. out of curiosity, how do u end up using 8500

I haven't discovered the max yet, so far this month spending already >RM 22k. I just reloaded another 1k half an hour ago, no issue.
But I heard yearly reload limit is only 50k.

is a new promo started today, and points granted (if eligible) after 10 working days..
so don't think it is fully redeemed already (or u meant the hsbc campaign?)..

Is that when you click accept challenge from the app notification and there's no challenge for you to take - it means to say fully redeemed?

with the devaluation coming up in 15/3/20, do u plan to redeem all your rewards before that date?

my target is for KF miles only but i'm afraid from 15/3/20 onwards there will require more points to redeem 160kf. what do you think?. i have like 80kpoints left... i wonder if i should go for 20k points for kf instead of 1600 points 1...

Wondering how does this "extend reward points expiry" works?

It says my points going to expire on 31 May 2020, so i made a purchase/payment on 25 Feb and i noticed it is still 31 May 2020 expiry.

Now check back my previous payment was 2 Feb, 13 Feb, and 19 Feb 2020.

So i need to make another payment on Mar 2020 so my points will extend to 30 June 2020 ?

parkson accepts grabpay

My M2U topup function did not work ..after i unlink to another account and link back to my account...
I got SMS saying success linkage... but in apps when click topup, it keep appear the same initial page ask me to link back- as if i did not linked any acc before..
I  redo the process of linkage again- this time appear failed with error message " the M2U account already been linked to another grab account"
Tried so many times- keep failing.. help
