Yes, I encountered the same problem when I tried to apply hotdeals tea time promo. Contacted CS has to manually enter the promo code... Which exactly code are you trying to use? Try manually key in HOTDEALS / HOTDEALSGF / HOTDEALS / HOTDEALSGFTEATIME etc.

Anyone of you ever encountered x 2 points not received from Signature merchants? Tried to highlight to Grabpay but no response at all! How long does it take to get this resolved? Can't even figure out why this could happen!

Nope, still the same, at least for my account. My plan just expired and I received 2 0.75 for my payment.

But there were once or twice whereby the points given were lesser/incorrect, just make a complaint to Grabpay and hopefully you will be assigned to a good customer service officer to assist. Else, they might just close your case by providing some lousy unreasonable excuses.

Hmmm... Only ShopeePay can scan & pay at merchants right? Lazada wallet I have not discovered where I could scan or display QR code....
