Existing credit card save - try top up, no rewards.

Delete and re-top up can’t get the rewards.

Believe this only apply to first time top up using your maybank to grab only entitle.

Have you got the 1k points? I filed a complaint on 1/11, acknowledged by Grab but till today no follow up

Thanks for getting back - I just found out that the cashback is the form of voucher in the rewards section - I paid RM 49.05 at watson and got back RM 10.

i called them a few times, no update also.

When Grab reverts the bonus points back to x3, do you think there will be a downwards revision in the redemption? If yes, holding on to too much of the rewards points might not be of much use.
