Done HG with RM600 at one shot earned max 10x rewards.

I've done the RM200 to HG, but missing reward cashback. So I raised ticket as per above instruction and see how the outcome.

I kena con also ... based on the list. Lesson learnt.

Check in apps under 'Challenge' menu. Activate the challenge & also the auto top-up via Maybank2U (min 100).

I manage to complete this challenge today.

You may check if your 'linking' to Maybank2U is expired or not?

Mine was expired and I need to renew this linking and try the auto top-up again.

Same here, no extra points for syabas bill payment yet.

Also, I didn't recv Grab Food voucher when auto top up rm200 with HSBC.

However, manual top up SCB card got rm10 voucher.

Look like technical glitch. Should we report it?

Finally ...

Around 4.15pm, I received:

2x RM15 GrabFood &
1x RM20 GrabFood

I did auto-top & top-up for HSBC card and top-up for SCB card on 1st Dec.

I just check, I had 1st & 3rd Dec auto top-up with HSBC.
Maybe that's reason.

Reload RM200 into GrabPay using HSBC Card ... done. Receive RM20 GrabFood voucher.

Reload RM250 into GrabPay using SCB Card ... done. Receive RM10 off voucher for next purchase.

It did happened to me.
Usually after did 1 normal spent trnx, I'm able to transfer to other GrabPay acct.

For me, mostly I exchange/redeem "RM20 off GrabFood with PayLater" with exchange rate 2000 pts only.

Assuming you need to be under GrabUnlimited membership.
