No, since CNY I also need buy new cloth, just not sure if the cloth not suitable and return it, grab will take back the point or not.

This one still ok as in can use to pay bills and don’t need to step out from house. But from Zalora, to return need to pack it back, fill up form, go to drop off point and drop off hoping that the package reach back the seller and no incident in between.

I purposely pushed my CNY related purchases to today.
Everything was ready in the cart.
Wished it was like previous months at 7000/3500.

I doubt points given will be taken back, but the question is whether the refund will go back to your Grab account or directly to your Zalora wallet

Not really sure what hassle you mean if it's just to try to get free 5k points for paying tnb bills that need to be paid anyway.

Obviously no one expects system error, but it happens, just like when websites crash during big sales.

Anyway you're up at 1am on this page... But apparently not desperate like the rest of us.
