I remembered somebody in this forum said that he/she has never been rejected before in credit card application before.

Cool down sometime is just referring to applying from the same bank again but that doesn't necessary restrict to fish from other banks.

Can change phone number so easily?

No impact of what so ever later on.
Can change frequently?

Just wondering the after effect.
May trigger their AI system for account block etc.

Vary from branch to branch.

You can use this method for ShopeePay, BigPay, GoPayz and SSPN which utilizes Razer Cash barcode.
