Any way to pay IWK with Grabpay?

As for PAM, still reluctant to go.. That store that has it is constantly packed and nonexistent covid SOP

Anyway, thx.. If no choice then I'll just have to fall back to Boost on IWK web

Recently, I'm not receiving notifications after transaction.

Previously, after a transaction, i'll get a points reward, and a amount paid notification. Attached is screenshot of my grab version. I've done up to clearing everything and reinstall. Then I notice that when i first install, the screen looks very different, and it will always fall back to this as attached. Notice the bottom *red dot* shows Messages, while once installed, it shows *inbox* instead.

Is it my settings? or is it a common issue?

*Android (incl. Grab latest v5.136.0)
*I have location permission turned off, manually set location
*all phone notification for Grab is on, all communication settings for push is on

When does Grabpay monthly quota refresh?

By calendar month? Or rolling limit?

Wow.. Seems like grab track daily topup limit by the card now. So even if I have 2 accounts, it's still limited to RM 1500 per card /day

And the new topup page shows the amount that can be topped up

But it's a hassle, more clicks just to top up..

Edit : it's not the limit, it's only showing my previous top up amount

Yeah I saw that, but by calculation, from the 1st of this month to date, I've exceeded RM 10k..

Calculations based on transaction history in grab app. Only spending and p2p transfer is calculated, does not include top up.

So I'm a little confused here.. And wondering how it's calculated. I'm trying to prevent having money stuck in it.

I did, but I'm not sure what's the cause,.. Messaged cs, but they came back to me with alot of usual crap which I've done. In other words, either they don't bother or they don't know, and I'm too lazy to chase them further on the matter since it works after that, and even so, only occasionally, unreliable, and potentially end up blocking the queue.

1. It wasn't due to 3 or 4 transaction, since I've done more than that previously..
2. It didn't need 24 hrs either, as I could transact again after around 13 hrs when I tried..
3. It wasn't 24 hrs rolling limit
4. It wasn't the monthly 10k limit, because if yes, I wouldn't be able to pay again later..

Although by calculation, ive exceeded 10k, but I'm not sure why I still can pay. Also, I'm always seem to be having problems with their qr. It's either very slow, or just doesn't go through at all. So, I've currently revert back to boost/TnG for in store payments, as it's too unpredictable and most because I hate hogging up the queue.

it has been like that for me for awhile, try tapping on the QR to show a bigger QR, seems to do the trick for me.

Does this work with ANY online transactions?
such as ePay or Digi for bill payments? (are they considered Grabpay merchants?)

I've experienced a lot of voucher errors that I haven't really bothered with it for awhile, while this seems like a pretty straightforward deal to utilize the points.

Why not try it out, key in, just before you click on "Pay", you'll see if you're getting points.

Damn, that was my last channel for unifi bills using Grabpay.

Seems like Grabpay will run out of channels for payments of significant bills.

Was still available as of 20th April. That was the last time I used.

But anyhow, damn.
