Recently, I'm not receiving notifications after transaction.
Previously, after a transaction, i'll get a points reward, and a amount paid notification. Attached is screenshot of my grab version. I've done up to clearing everything and reinstall. Then I notice that when i first install, the screen looks very different, and it will always fall back to this as attached. Notice the bottom *red dot* shows Messages, while once installed, it shows *inbox* instead. Is it my settings? or is it a common issue? *Android (incl. Grab latest v5.136.0) *I have location permission turned off, manually set location *all phone notification for Grab is on, all communication settings for push is on ![]() This post has been edited by shawnme: Feb 20 2021, 12:04 PM |

When does Grabpay monthly quota refresh?
By calendar month? Or rolling limit? |

Wow.. Seems like grab track daily topup limit by the card now. So even if I have 2 accounts, it's still limited to RM 1500 per card /day
And the new topup page shows the amount that can be topped up But it's a hassle, more clicks just to top up.. Edit : it's not the limit, it's only showing my previous top up amount This post has been edited by shawnme: Feb 23 2021, 11:03 AM |
