I check Platinum rewards and indeed it shows 2x now (13-Jul)
My last transaction was 6pm-7pm 12-Jul (yesterday) and I still get 3x points for payment via online grabpay. Confirmed in my points reward section.
Then I notice the grab app UI was updated at night yesterday 8pm++, must be somewhere then.

So, the question now is back to square one. Which reward points-to-RM is better for RM spending ?

I think Grab have serious issue. their IT really need to improve on transaction ACID and transaction reversal.

True Story.

1. I topup Grabpay using CC. The Transaction at CC on hold for few days then cancelled automatically, but the amount still at grab. already 2.5 months, i am doing nothing because i know one day Bank will credit back the amount.


2. I Pay using GrabPay by scanning a merchant DuitNow QR. Amount is deducted but NO TRANSACTION RECORD.  After 10 minutes, Amount is released, but NO TRANSACTION RECORD. its like the whole transaction never exists, but the online merchant has increase the amount.

i empty my grab account because its hard to have confidence on them. Right now, i am discussing with Merchant 0 to reduce the balance.

yea, i know, my grab account is going to be banned soon. Hopefully, they will hear my appeal and unbanned my account, make the amount negative so i can pay them back.

Btw how AEON accept the GrabPay payment? They scan using thier POS system or using Maybank Credit Card Terminal (like how We use for MAE or like how McDonalds accept payment for  GrabPay) ?
