I have been trying to top up prepaid XOX but keep failing the last few days. I think its because they put it under Celcom instead of XOX? Anybody successfully top up XOX with grabpay prepaid?

Thanks. I tried with SEAGM (but also show as Celcom). $ deducted from Grab, 20% reward given but XOX not topped up. Let's see whether they will reverse and give back the $ to Grab.

I really wish Grab will allow XOX. Places like Lazada and Shopee do allow XOX but then there's no 20% rebate.

I also have a problem for the past few days where $ was paid but the mobile # did not receive the $ (paid through SEAGM). Users please take note--confirm cannot top up XOX using Grabpay. When I clicked on report an issue, there was no way of contacting them (no email, no contact # etc). Sigh! Guess I will just lose the amount, luckily less than $5 after rebate (tried with small $ amount first). Don't want to go to the hassle of facebook etc (not a fan of facebook).

Whenever I try to key in my address or add it as home (as I want to use for grabfood), it will not let me do so. When I typed the address, it will show different 'nearby' address but not my address. Anybody can help or face this problem?

My question was with regards to point 1 and not with regards to bill payment

1) Usually for ewallet apps, it require a password when setting up the account. Does Grabpay have one? I want to uninstall and install back Grabpay apps but I can't seem to find any password for my Grabpay.

2) Couldn't find any phone # or email to contact Grabpay. Grabpay doesn't have one right for us to contact them?

adbacc Right now, $1 is how many points? I looked at the details like its supposed to be 2.5 points for $1 but I think they are giving out more points per each $1 spent

I was so happy that I went to make a bill payment (only realizing later on that there's no point for bill payment).

Not durian person. I think you got the wrong person with regards to points. My points is very low as compared to yours.
