no one reported any issue with Grabpay lately but actually since 26th morning until now, I have one transaction RM1k which fail to go through to the other party and until today (now) the money is still not yet refunded to my Grabpay wallet...the ticket is still open and I called everyday and the customer service can keep on telling me don't worry still under investigation.
The info that I have currently:
- transaction went out to merchant A (got Grabpay team give me transaction code). So this is what Grab can see from their side.
- I called merchant A and they confirm got incoming but they also give me a receipt ID# to say that the transaction failed.
- I called back Grab to provide this info and they have been investigating since.
- the thing is, usually when you have outgoing transfer or any payment, it will always appear in your transaction history. But this time, the last transaction is the RM1k reload and then nothing else is shown in my app. Customer service ask me uninstall and reinstall app, and i did that still see same thing, only RM1k reload captured. That means officially until now, there is not a confirmed outgoing RM1k from Grab. This is the part I keep on asking Grab why if really got outgoing, it should be shown in my transaction record.
So as a consumer, what is my right and what can I do further? If i lodge this issue to KPDNKK can this help? But I wonder how KPDNKK can contact Grab to help push this issue for faster resolution also...
it is not RM1 or RM10, it is RM1k, and if really when I need the money urgently, really suffer and it will be at Grabpay's mercy when they can solve this issue and refund my money?
