The only way I am aware to get incentivise if you have a Maybank Grab card and willing to go POS office PAM machine to pay. Even though no points when you pay at least when you topup still got 5x points. That's still a hassle but better than nothing at all. Also depends on your TNB usage I guess or willing to pay excess. Wonder how long this will last coz TNB incentives are always short lived, I am sure you are aware of previous methods before.

TNG e-wallet does have. Max rm8 off (goal hunters) via 7E in-store bill payments. Other e-wallets not sure.

Not need physical bill. Unsure about account number. However, the cashier need to scan the barcode in your bill. Perhaps snap a picture of the barcode or have an e-bill with you.
