Try switching QR n bar code. Turn the phone 180 deg. Eventually it worked for me.

Tried again just now, no scanning problems with 3 phones but my Mimax cant use at all, i suspect because of lower resolution or QRcode/barcode too big to read.

Thanks, u r right but I cant proceed to milestone 3 cos already exceeded P2P send limit of rm500 and cant send rm50 to trigger the topup, and now only left 500 slots for Milestone3. Any place i can reload using grabpay apart from Elink n Foneapp?

Finally few hours ago, i reluctantly reloaded rm50 into elinking n used it to pay unifi bill with a fee of 70sen.This morning i just cleared my balance in elinking to pay tnb with a rm2 fee. Anyway thanks for your suggestion.

I got 1 unverified account which received a notification to "upgrade to premium account by certain date but didnt mention outcome if not conforming. Anyway I cleared all balance n vouchers n changed it to another name after ic verification. So far so good.

Just want to reconfirm:

1) If purchase something online and rewarded with grabpoints, later return goods partially and got refunded, will the rewarded points be deducted?

2) Do we get grabpoints if use grabpay for payment to non-grab services like 3rd party merchants?

It was cheap when uber was in town. Havent been using grab ride for 4 years.
