Monthly fee (charged upon renewal) is RM9.90 (1 Sen only for the first 3 months if I am not wrong).
Everything will be reset upon renewal or cancellation, including monthly 50 free deliveries, 10x (-50%), (-35%) for self-collection and free rides from/to airport.
If 10x (-50%) not enough, can always key in promo code, buy GrabFood vouchers (eg at Lazada, Maxis/Hotlink etc at discounts, free GrabFood vouchers from Mead Johnson) stackable with free delivery vouchers (50x is too much).

I don't foresee 1 sen deal will be continuing for long, once the beta testing (at Penang, JB, Kuching only) is over. Unlimited Plan is too new to everyone, I don't comment your strategy will work or not.

I bought RM30 Grabfood vouchers at <RM15 on special days with discount vouchers at Lazada, good if my Grabfood order is >RM30 or when Grabfood -50% (capped at -RM12.50) is not allowed (not all the food outlets can apply -50% voucher, promo items).

You might have made a mistake.

Not all the outlets and not all the items (eg daily promo) you can use -50% voucher, and minimum spend is RM25, food delivery only.

If you choose self-collection at some outlets, you may use -35% voucher.

I could use -50% (capped at -RM12.50) vouchers yesterday (15/2) and today.

It was priced at RM9.90 at the beginning, I am willing to pay if I can get 50x free deliveries, 10x (50% capped at -RM12.50 vouchers), when needed, but not renewed continuously. Too lazy to look for promo codes - Grabfood, Foodpanda etc.

Another account (3rd time) debited 1 Sen last week.

I doubt Grab-Singtel Consortium will win a digital bank license in Malaysia.
Both Grab and Singtel are not Malaysian. The Malaysian partner in the consortium is a secret, Maybank (as a shareholder of Grabpay but not Grab) doesn't need a digital bank license.

Maybank already got the banking license to offer digital banking services, no need to apply for another digital banking license.

I thought Grabpay SG had started a few months ago.
Entering another phase of Duitnow Transfer soon.

If you stay in JB, Penang or Kuching, buy Grab Unlimited (Beta) which include some delivery vouchers for Grabfood and Grabmart. T&C apply.

Order Grabfood, Take Grabcar, shop at the merchants accepting Grabpay or DuitNow QR.

Grabpay -> Setel not good.

Shopeepay / HLB Wise / PB VS / PB QM / M2 Amex -> Shopee platform (Setel Official Store).
Setel RM100 (assume no discount), paid by RM75 + 2500 Shopee Coins. + Rebate from CC.
(Redemption limit for Shopee Preferred/Mall transaction - 24 hours 3000 coins).

NOT so good if CC -> Shopee App (Digital Goods - Airpay) -> Shell e-vouchers. Not Shopee...MY transaction, but may use 25% by Shopee Coins (redemption limit for Airpay transaction - 24 hours 3000 coins)

When it was launched on 1/12/21, 1 Sen for first month only, so I paid. Then 31/12/21, I unsubscribed, then late January, I rejoined as I was offered to subscribe for 1 Sen again, so I paid. First auto debit at late Feb, 1 Sen only. Then another auto debit at late March but no longer 1 Sen. The last auto debit was in late April at RM4.90 then I unsubscribed in late May, just before auto-renewal.

For CC, it is not true until posted.

At this moment, your available credit limit is deducted. If the merchant don't claim the fund with XX days, the earmark will be removed.

Ask the merchant to WhatsApp you their merchant QR code lo. Remotely pay it. ("I scan them")
