expired mean no more. u should use at least once, then it renew for next 3 month. if your's expired, mean for the past 3 month , u did not use. nothing to argue or contact cs also useless.

Pointless and a waste of time to contact their customer support over expired points. Just move on and use some other e-wallet besides Grab

i actually want to subscripe the grab unlimited for 1 month, but dont know why it deducted my acc for rm47.90 which is 1 year. can i cancel the subscription and get refunded?

i know why. cus u didn't see properly that 1 year is the default option.
