I just get info that my parcel (camera bag) being held by customs. I was 300km away from where it held, going to custom office is not an option. I read online that we can appoint the courier service as agent. I also having problem that I did not received purchase invoice, only on credit card statement (kickstarter).
Any tips how to clear my items? Thank you.
