I am thinking to get one but agent told me is 150m beside highway, so trying to get more good points about this project in order to convince myself.

Hi All

I just received comment from agent about Alix project.

Alix’ concept is nice and the layouts are decent and huge but the fact that it’s located in Dutamas nearby segambut makes it unable to appreciate in value.

It’s proven by the resale performance of 28 dutamas, Anjali, etc. Properties are selling are making a loss. For perspective. There was a 5,800 sqft penthouse at Duta Ria, same row as Alix, for only 1.2 mil.

It’s also located on the plot of land as close as can be to the highway. Noise and air pollution will be unbearable.

TA Global’s finishing isn’t known to be good judging from idaman residence and the idaman landed homes. Land on that side of the highway is cheaper for developers.

Anyone else have other input? Thx for your time.
