They are doing soft launch tentatively. Had just paid 5k booking to them. My agent was quite knowledgeable and make sense. Place are most to own stay than Investement.

Yes. There are already 2 connecting road to Jalan Segambut Dalam....but congested during peak hours.
Take note the Jalan Segambut Dalam already very congested during peak hours. Introduce a new ingress and egress from Jalan Dutamas Raya will not help both the community in Jalan Segambut Dalam or Dutamas Raya.

Hi All

I just received comment from agent about Alix project.

Alix’ concept is nice and the layouts are decent and huge but the fact that it’s located in Dutamas nearby segambut makes it unable to appreciate in value.

It’s proven by the resale performance of 28 dutamas, Anjali, etc. Properties are selling are making a loss. For perspective. There was a 5,800 sqft penthouse at Duta Ria, same row as Alix, for only 1.2 mil.

It’s also located on the plot of land as close as can be to the highway. Noise and air pollution will be unbearable.

TA Global’s finishing isn’t known to be good judging from idaman residence and the idaman landed homes. Land on that side of the highway is cheaper for developers.

Anyone else have other input? Thx for your time.

Hi, for over 1 mil and above, Worst if 3-4mil !?

For sure i will not dump so much for a unit that costs so much, with quite a low height , as future nearby towers will defenitely block some if not all the best View !?

if one required such a hugh space, 2-4 mil sould be able to get a landed bungalow around KLang valley !? hmm.gif

I have interested in this project and went to the sales gallery. It looks luxury but the developer will not include the interior design.
May i know any advantages for this project?
I also heard from the sales that a station of MRT line 3 will be established in front of this property.
