Have you try just browsing a normal website like yahoo.com, google.com, thestar.com.my ?

Does it still uses such huge amount of RAM ?

Maybe its still loading the cache into your hdd which are causing the slow loading, new browsing the website ?

Try Chrome or IE instead, does it still uses such high amount of RAM ?
