I kind of like the concept except it is 3 storey & only 20 feet wide.

Just went to incompleted show house last Sat. Most units near the pool are sold-out? I think it is a bluff as they try to push the not so strategic located unit(near high rise) with big discount. Anyway I leave my name & contact in case those units near pool make available.
