I thought we need to follow the contract, we signed it, stamped with stamp duty.. To pay with the amount set in the contract on time. But now its like forcing people to go bankrupt or with no saving each month... Different people have different commitment in their life, they really should reconsider on this move. Like one of the forumer mentioned earlier, you are to pay RM 500 per month for car loan then suddenly bank want you to settle it quickly by increasing the amount to RM 1000... its burden to ppl This post has been edited by wykl: Dec 6 2018, 10:51 AM

QUOTE(Lovekiki1208 @ Dec 6 2018, 10:51 AM) Didn't you know that contract always have this clause "T&C is subject to change" or similar. Yes, T&C can be changed anytime when required but with the consent of everyone involved. The other party also will need to agree on the new T&C and sign again the new contract when required.. not simply change...

QUOTE(COOLPINK @ Dec 6 2018, 10:58 AM) they have the right to exercise it and they also the right not to. dun get me wrong, debt must be re-payed. but for some, its a huge jump from rm300 to rm1350. tats a 450% increase! yea, the burden is there.. people have their own commitment regardless of what amount of salary they earning.. ptptn should take this seriously and not just implement this out of the blue.. just like the house loan and car loan, the bank would never increase such way that the repayment amount is double or triple of its original value..
