Suppose the 1st class waiver only for local universities. Imagine one local university student only loan 21-30k compared to private university student which loan 60-150k. Standard also different. Local universities so hard to score. Do you all agree? Also, if ptptn less fund, student should consider to study local universities. I am actually graduated from local university and spending two years for Form 6. As A level / foundation also not cheap... Some of my friends said I wasted two years. Studying private Universities will one or two years earlier graduated then the one studied local universities... Should summon those not good repayment. Taking ujrah, 10-15 years with 1% interest.
