Hi, I'm Jenn, 1 day ago I got scam RM450.

So this is the story, so I recently im building a new PC for my sister, I was using LYN to search for computer parts, I saw a post and msg that guy who claim his name is Adam. we decided to use postage service because I live in KL and he said he live in "Kedah" so we agree. "scammer" gave me a few bank acc because I were having trouble finding bank nearby my house. The LYN "scammer" acc had 500 post and 5 star review which I was wondering why he have so many star, so i think in my conclusion is that "scammer" hacked someone else acc for the setup. So after I banked in, he stop replying and at one point my msg couldn't get through his Whatsapp. So is there anything I can do? Can I inform bank or police report or is there anyway I can find this guy details and scared him to refund me back the cash?

Please Help me, I have lost RM450, I wouldn't be able to give my sister her Christmas Present. Anyone wanna sponser me please whatsapp me 018-3245-705

I think someone, even not forumner are trying to phishing as a forumner here and assume their identity. in this circumstances, you should ask the seller/buyer to reply using that claimed Nick/ID

i think scammer don't even have account here to begin with

Oh dear, sorry to hear that! Phish indeed, this scammer will actually dig thru ur previous posts to find info they can use on u. Fortunately this person was not using a hacked acc in my instance, otherwise I also would have kena. Man, this really puts off trading via LYN la...

These names keep appearing lately and a few forumers kena scammed.
The LYN ID adamlyons is using Maybank account number 162013018011 under the name Wan Mohamed Shafie. As I know, he is currently using the contact number 0176661562.
