My family click the reset button on both the router and modem ™. I already configured the router but how about the tm modem?

Really need someone help, already called maxis. But they said will call back later.

So the internet is working now. But the voip is down.
Can someone check their WAN setting. The eEMGMT is always disconnected right?

But if clicked the reset button at the back? Won't all the settings disappear.

Haihh this all happened bcs i was away

Alright, already got the connection. Had to login to the tm modem using the admin pass at the back. Set up the vlan id and lan port.

Next issue is the voip not working
