Hi,

I'm facing any issue with my pc. It doesnt play/stream any media well

Sound and video is all very choppy. When I move the mouse I can see that it isnt smooth.

I've install and reinstall the sound and the gpu driver

I've updated to the latest bios

It randomly goes away. Sometimes the pc will start like this

currently my setup is as below

ryzen 5 1500x
Biostar x370gtn
gigabyte G1 RX470
16 gb of Ram

Heres the video recording of the sound

https://youtu.be/QFtRrYOMov0

Hope someone can help me with the issue

Thanks

did you encounter any slowness with your desktop during normal operation like internet browsing or working with spreadsheet.

You should check Task Manager and see if the CPU/ Memory usage is high. Then it is easier to debug from there.

Update:

Currently using xmp profile for the ram. Much more stable.. If i revert to stock i.e 2133 issues would return

However with xmp profile at 2400 mhz speed the problem rarely occur. There are times when the problem returns but only for a short period then back to normal performance.
